• Box Contents: The package includes a premium-quality soft-touch hose and a hose handle that matches the robot. Bowl and charcoal tongs are not included.
• Bowl Size Limit: To avoid damaging the robot’s structure, do not use a bowl taller than 10-11 cm. The Quasar Petit Raas 2 will give perfect results.
• Choice of HMD: For safe and stable heat distribution, always choose a heat management device with closed sides.
• Heat Management & Charcoal: Always start the session with 2 pieces of charcoal. Once the coals have shrunk a little and fit fully inside the HMD, a 3rd piece of charcoal can be added.
• Discolouration Warning: There must never be charcoal lying across the other coals or sticking out of the HMD; this can cause discolouration on the upper parts of the robot close to the HMD.
• Water Amount: Your set works with only about a tea glass of water. Avoid adding too much water.
• Changing the Water: Because the amount of water is small, it gets dirty much faster during use. For a clean taste and maximum comfort, always change the water after every second session.
