Every shipping, delivery, payment and points perk that applies to your individual (retail) purchases. The amounts and rates are the same ones applied at checkout.

Free Shipping
- Shipping is completely free on all retail orders of 3.000 TL and above.
- Charcoal orders: If the charcoal makes up more than 50% of the cart total, free shipping requires buying at least 20 kg of charcoal in a single order.
- Mixed carts: In mixed carts where the charcoal makes up no more than 50% of the cart total, there is no separate weight requirement; the 3.000 TL threshold is enough.
Orders that don't meet the free shipping conditions are sent with the shipping fee payable by the recipient on delivery (cash on delivery for shipping).

Fast VIP Courier Delivery Within Istanbul
- For urgent orders within Istanbul, we offer fast motorcycle courier delivery.
- Deliveries are dispatched from our store nearest to your delivery address (Bahçelievler or Esenyurt).
- Our courier service runs between 10:00 – 20:00.
When the order is placed, the current courier distance and fee are worked out and presented for your approval; the courier fee is paid by the buyer.

3 Instalments at the Cash Price
- On selected product groups, 3 interest-free instalments are available with partner credit cards.
- Instalment plans longer than 3 months are listed at checkout, at the rates your bank offers.

Tiered Automatic Cart Discount
- Purchases of 30.000 TL – 49.999,99 TL get an instant 5% cart discount.
- Purchases of 50.000 TL and above get an instant 8% wholesale cart discount.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout, based on your cart total; there's no code to enter.

Extra Cash Discount for Bank Transfer
- Bank transfer payments of 1 TL – 29.999,99 TL get an instant 5% cash discount.
- Bank transfer payments of 30.000 TL and above get an instant 7% cash discount.
The bank transfer discount is applied to the amount left after any tiered cart discount.

SultanPuan Loyalty Programme (10%)
- On single orders of 20.000 TL – 29.999,99 TL, 10% in SultanPuan is credited to your account.
- You can use the points you earn on your next orders, in part or all at once; 1 SultanPuan = 1 TL.
- Points can be used for 1 year from the date they are earned.

KumbaraPuan Savings Scheme (5%)
- When the total of your orders under 20.000 TL over the last 365 days reaches 20.000 TL, 1,000 points (5%) are automatically credited to your account.
- The points are added to your SultanPuan balance, to use freely on your next purchases (valid for 1 year).
